• When will I receive my order?

Your apparel should arrive between 1-3 weeks of your order. They ARE NOT packed together with anything from the Kiewrious Bakes collection.

Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with deliveries and we seek your understanding on this.

 

• When will my order be sent out?

 

We may need to send you an email for you to confirm your order if it gets flagged for potential fraudulent transactions. This may delay your order. Your order will be processed ASAP.

•  I bought the item, can I make a return/exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for wrong selection. However, we will exchange items that are defective or if you have received an item that is of a different from the one you ordered. Please contact us at kiewrious@gmail.com with your order number for assistance on this issue.
