When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 1-3 working days once it has been picked up.

When will my order be sent out?

For orders placed Tues (After 12NN) to Fri: Delivery Pickup will be on Monday.

For orders placed Sat to Tues (Before 12NN): Delivery Pickup will be on Wednesday/Thursday.

Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with deliveries and we seek your understanding on this.

How long can the cookies last for?

They are best consumed within 2 weeks. Please refrigerate after opening to ensure freshness!

Are your cookies nut-free?

Both the Chocolate Chip and the Chocolate Hazelnut flavour is made using almond flour, and is therefore NOT nut-free. Kiewrious will not be responsible for any allergy related reactions due to consumption of our cookies. Please contact us if you require any assistance.
